General Help

Navigation and menus

The main sections of the site can be accessed using the top blue menu. Once in a section the sub menu appears on the left hand side.

Related items

On the right hand side of each screen of content, any related documents, links, FAQs and case studies are listed for your convenience.

Search

To search the site enter the word or phrase in the search box at the top right of the screen. The search results can then be refined to search a certain section of the site.

Site map

The site map shows the full structure of the site. Scroll to the main section you are interested in and click the title of the page.

Technical Help

This section is intended to resolve any of the common technical problems people may have browsing the site.

This site has been optimised for displays of at least 800x600 pixels.

We recommend the use of Internet Explorer 6.0 or above.

The site should work fine in Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. Should you have any trouble please email us, describe your problems and give us your Browser/PC information. We will do our up most to help.
