Energy from Waste

Fossil fuels are not in endless supply. Fact. Waste disposal is a global environmental problem. Fact. Energy from waste, as an alternative to fossil fuels, provides an important contribution towards the reduction in landfill disposal and global warming.

ENERGOSEnergy recovery from waste provides a double environmental benefit - firstly, the diversion of waste from landfill and, secondly, the recovery of energy, displacing fossil fuel alternatives and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

ENER·G offers sustainable Gasification and Pyrolysis technologies to its customers.

Based in Norway, ENERGOS AS is the ENER·G Group's specialist in Gasification technology and is a leading supplier of small scale energy from waste plants.

Forus plant revisedEnergy from Waste offers also a Pyrolysis technology, which has the ability to produce a clean, high calorific value fuel gas from a wide variety of waste and biomass streams. The pyrolysis technology is in an earlier technological stage and will broaden the application of the energy from waste division.
