We offer a range of standard service packages. However, we also take a flexible approach and are able to tailor service packages to suit the installation and client's requirement.
In addition, we can also offer service packages independent of ENER·G installations as our technicians are fully trained in all aspects of engine maintenance, including complete engine overhauls.
Premier
Our Premier Service typically includes the following benefits:

- Automatic re-closure facility
- Communication with central computer

- Part identification
- Remote fault diagnostic & rectification
- Safe waste oil disposal
- Oil analysis programme
- Dedicated site engineer
- Routine servicing, minor and major overhauls, including parts and labour
Premier Plus
Our Premier Plus service is a 'fit and forget' solution to the operation and maintenance of your Cogeneration system. ENER·G takes over the daily management of the CHP and provides all the maintenance requirements of the unit. This includes all the benefits of the Premier service, but is also inclusive of any additional parts and labour required to rectify any faults or carry out repairs. An additional benefit of the Premier Plus service is fixed cost maintenance covering all eventualities giving the client security over annual running costs.
ENER·G Finance
In certain circumstances ENER·G will pay for your Cogeneration system and operate and maintain it under our ENER·G Finance Agreement (DEP / Optima), which provides the client with all the benefits of a Premier Plus Service Contract. The client in return buys electricity from the CHP system at a set rate. The benefit of this is that the client can realise any remaining value in their asset whilst enjoying low cost, low risk energy provided by ENER·G.
Remote Monitoring
For those clients who have experience of gas engine and Cogeneration management and maintenance, we can provide monitoring services including, Provision And Maintenance Of Remote Diagnostics, Help Desk, Automatic Restart, Monthly Performance Report and Enhanced Remote Programming
Customer View of Unit
In addition to these services, ENER·G can provide real time data to a client via a telephone line or LAN. This can provide immediate fault alerting by email, phone or fax and is accessible by any desktop PC connected to the Internet. This service can be used on many types of power generation.
Technical Support
In addition to Remote Monitoring, we can provide technical support contracts designed to provide on-site and remote technical assistance to a client. Packages are designed to suit the needs of each client.
