We offer a range of standard service packages. However, we also take a flexible approach and are able to tailor service packages to suit the installation and client's requirement.
Service and Aftercare
ENER·G maintains the largest fleet of CHP units in the UK with the largest team of mobile service engineers in the industry, offering quick response and nationwide coverage. With over 500 units operational under a variety of operation and maintenance arrangements we have the infrastructure in place to provide a first class front line service to your CHP system.
Our Service Department, based in Manchester, remotely monitors all the CHP units 24/7, 364 days per year. Our field service provision is managed by Area Managers, supported by Senior Engineers, each operating 2 to 3 Field Service Engineers in each local area. This strong team ensures that our maintenance provision is a mix of high technical remote monitoring coupled with hands-on local management, and provides the absolute best in delivery of the maintenance service. All our engineers are fully trained and able to provide local diagnostics using the same monitoring system as the Service Desk at our Head Office.
Satellite vehicle tracking systems enables us to route the nearest engineer to a problem, reducing downtime and improving the benefit to the customer.
